Larissa (Lari) Maria Benetiz is a 74 year old Hispanic female. She has adult onset diabetes. Also, she has diabetic neuropathy, anemia, multiple pathologic fractures, hyperparathyroidism, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. Due to diabetic complications she is a right fore-foot amputee. Lari and her daughter come to the clinic for rehabilitation care.
