FILOMENA SANCHEZ
Filomena M. Sanchez is a 68 year old Hispanic female who immigrated to Boston from Puerto Rico a year ago following the death of her husband. She has a history of hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, coronary artery disease, elevated cholesterol, and degenerative joint disease in both knees. She has had a Left MCA stroke, has been through in-patient rehabilitation, and is now at home.
